ABOUT DREAM STADIUMS
In 2005, after putting my stadium passion on the back burner for several years, I was
inspired by friends to reignite my love for crafting and stadium design. I decided to
abandon the cardboard, use real wood, and build a world-class, heirloom quality scale
model that was suitable for a museum or the most discriminating collector. I took one of my
favorite ballpark design drawings and began work on the first project that would become
Cimarron Field. Midway through the build, I realized not only how much I had missed
designing and crafting stadia, but that this was one of my life's true passions, and that I
should pursue it with enthusiasm! Dream Stadiums was born!
I take my design inspirations as they come. I truly believe that inspiration comes from
someplace outside of ourselves, and that the magic happens when we just relax and let it
flow. My only advice to anyone is just to release the creative spirit within them and go for
it--find your niche and do it, do it DO IT! And if anyone says it isn't good, so what? Just
remember: "What other people think of you is none of your business!"
